MODERN MIX

This gorgeous modern space was the face lift this builder basic home was begging for. The original kitchen was only using half of the room with a dining table in front of the patio door. We incorporated seating for 6 into the island for every day seating and relocated the dining table for a more formal dining experience when entertaining guests. Stacked cabinetry to the ceiling for additional storage and a dramatic dark feature island.
